Needs
Analysis
Beginning with a needs
analysis, AIM specialists will work with your knowledgeable staff to discuss
key issues facing your company. Issues that include your company’s
current business processes, limitations of existing software, reporting needs,
data conversion issues and implementation time-frame will get us off to the best
start possible!

| Training
On-site training is offered to best accommodate your staff and their busy
schedules. It is the most convenient training available. Module
training is geared for your distinctive business groups (accounting,
production, compliance, formula management or other areas). Training is
designed to focus on the usage and set-up of the modules. Training
manuals with hands-on exercises give learners optimum benefit.
Classroom training is ideal for larger groups. We provide the materials and hardware
for the training in an environment free from distractions. Classroom
training is ideal if you need an atmosphere with focused learning and fewer
interruptions. Training manuals with hands-on exercise facilitate
classroom training.
AIM is recognized as offering Sage Software
Certified Student Course Curriculum with a Sage Certified Trainer on staff.
Web-based training is ideal to accommodate any schedule in short notice! Your
staff can sit comfortably at their own desk and receive the module training
they require. This is often used when students are located at a
distance. Also, it can be arranged for shorter periods of time or as a
follow-up to on-site or classroom training.

Implementation
Once training is
completed, implementation begins. Implementation includes module set-up,
data input or data conversion (if necessary), business process integration, and
optionally running in a parallel environment with current software The
implementation process will be continually monitored to ensure successful
completion and targeted go-live date.

| Customizations
and Custom Reports
Though the software
includes a significant number of customizable reports, your company may need
additional specialized reports. Unique custom reports that are essential
to your business can be written using Crystal Reports or other tools. We
can also help you with further customizing your software’s menus, lookups,
screens, text, online documentation or online help.
